You’re never alone with Bupa Healthy Minds

What is Bupa Healthy Minds?

Life is full of challenges – and sometimes we need a little support to get through them. That’s why the Trust has arranged for you to access Bupa’s wellbeing support service, Healthy Minds.

How it helps

  • Counsellors available 24/7
Talk in confidence on issues such as stress management, anxiety and depression, alcohol and drug misuse, or domestic violence. They can also connect you to a qualified expert for legal, financial or dependent care advice*.
  • Expert online support
Complete a self-assessment to get online support including resilience tools and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) with a Bupa therapist.
  • Library of self-help tools
You have unlimited access to practical tips and information on things like how to manage homeworking, sleep and stress, and preventing health issues.
  • Trusted health advice 24/7
You’ll be connected to a nurse, if the counsellor thinks you’d benefit from speaking to one. They can then offer you confidential support on a range of health concerns.

*Information only services. Legal and financial specialist helplines will only provide factual information and signposting to help you make an informed decision and cannot provide regulated advice which would need to be sourced separately.
